Hey Reader, Have you ever woke up and couldn't wait until the day was over, so you could get back in bed because you're exhausted? Or you're so tired that you can't sleep, no matter how much you count sheep and stare at the ceiling? Even if this happens 1-2 nights a week, it's feeding into and contributing to your acne. But why? This is your body telling you it's still fighting off your stress hormone, cortisol. Too much cortisol leads to microbiome dysregulation (aka your gut) which leads to more hormonal breakouts + increased sebum (the pus that comes out when you pop a pimple). So why is it so hard to fall asleep? π Scrolling on TikTok/IG right before bed. π The first thing you do is drink coffee on an empty stomach. π You ate then laid down. π You did a high intensity workout with not enough protein, so it's hard on your adrenals. π You got into an argument with your kids, your friend, your spouse, or thinking about how to clap back at your co-worker professionally. π You were go, go, go all day and don't know how to wind down (you thrive off chaos!), so you decide to lay down. In the Lets Get Your Method, I call this the Big 3 (shout out to BeyoncΓ©!) because I noticed that no matter how much progress someone made - a new pimple would pop up. The Big 3 are: Stress. Sleep. Sh*tting. These are all signs that something is still wrong, and there's some supplements and some habits that we need to focus on. By the end of the program, you'll know how to better manage your stress in the moment + supplement when needed. You'll consistently sleep through the night + wake up not feeling tired. And you'll have regular bowel movements with foods + supplement when needed. The best part = those pesky, random pimples go away. What I'm Using/LovingWhat's Coming Up?With The Lets Get You Clear Method, your life no longer revolves around how your skin is doing that day, so you can get your confidence, social life, appetite back AND have clear skin. No accutane. No antibiotics. No birth control. No dieting. You'll stop guessing at what's causing your acne + learn how to heal your acne trigger, so you stop breaking out. You'll stop feeling overwhelmed with all the products to choose from + get a fully customized skincare routine with products that actually work. You will learn what foods your skin doesn't respond well to, then heal your gut so you can still eat your favorite foods without the fear of constantly breaking out. You'll create habits that prioritize your health - like sleep, stress, + weight managements, making it easy to keep clear skin for life.
