Hey Reader, If you're nosey like I am, then you're going to love this email π«£π These are all of my favorite, fun, tasty things from January that has helped clear my acne. Clearing acne can be hard, but we can make the journey fun! Feel free to reply back with your favorites π β MY FAVORITE DRINK: I'm VERY much an Olipop girly, but Poppi's ads on TikTok are good lol π€·π½ββοΈ I'm no hater! I've never had a Poppi before, so I decided to try Raspberry Rose, Strawberry Lemon, + Orange. They were fineeee - a 7/10 at best. Olipop is still top teir. If you're a pop girl (I used to be a Mountain Dew girl π©) - the truth is that they just aren't good for gut healing. I can't even make an excuse for the diet ones either. At least not right away. These are made with apple cider vinegar, have probiotics, and fiber. Give Orange a try from Poppi + Tropical Punch from Olipop. β MY FAVORITE FOOD: If eating breakfast is hard for you, and EASY way to get 30+ grams of protein is meal prepping breakfast sandwiches. You want to be lower on the carbs in the morning, so thin bagels, low carb English muffins, egg wraps, tortillas, Dave's Killer Bread are good options to mix + match through the week if you don't like eating the same thing every morning. For proteins, you can add ANY combination of uncured bacon, chicken sausages, regular sausages, eggs, salmon, chicken, steak, cheese (goat or regular) until you hit at minimum 30 grams. Takes anywhere from 15-45 minutes to cook them for the whole week + toss half in the freezer for later. β MY FAVORITE SKINCARE PRODUCT: I've been on the hunt for a good dark spot corrector that doesn't take 6 months to work, doesn't have a terrible smell, and is acne-friendly - and I finally one. It's so important that you're using a tyrosinase inhibitor everyday because it helps prevents more dark spots from coming. I 100% recommend Hydrinity's Vivid Brightening Serum + if you buy it from this link you can use code WINTER20 for 20% off. β MY FAVORITE SHOW: I'm from Chicago, so I'm obsessed with all the Chicago shows - especially Chicago Fire. It's my de-stress comfort show, and lately it's been so positively emotional that I get a quick little cry in too π The point is - our lives are stressful. Life goes on, bills have to be paid, money has to be made, we have a lifestyle we want to sustain. I get it, but you need an outlet. Mine is Chicago Fire. Yours could be adult coloring books or dancing in your living room to BeyoncΓ©. 10 minutes is a great place to start. β HOW TO CLEAR YOUR ACNE: I'm hosting a FREE 3 Day Acne Clearing Workshop the week of the 19th π If you've done hours of research. You've watched hundreds of videos. You just want the acne gone, you're tired of dealing with it getting worse, then getting better, but it still not going away. This workshop is for you. Be on the lookout when registration opens next Monday the 12th π XOXO, Ashley | Acne Esthetician + Nutrition Coach π₯ β P.S. Mark your calendars for the FREE 3 Day Acne Clearing Workshop is happening Feb. 19-21 at 7pm CST. You can sign up next week! β β |

Hey Reader, Have you ever woke up and couldn't wait until the day was over, so you could get back in bed because you're exhausted? Or you're so tired that you can't sleep, no matter how much you count sheep and stare at the ceiling? Even if this happens 1-2 nights a week, it's feeding into and contributing to your acne. But why? This is your body telling you it's still fighting off your stress hormone, cortisol. Too much cortisol leads to microbiome dysregulation (aka your gut) which leads to...
